As a child, John Caracci, founder of Johnny C's Deli & Pasta, grew up in his grandmother's kitchen sampling authentic Sicilian cuisine. Johnny's grandmother took great pride in the food that she prepared for her family and it was here that Johnny developed a passion for cooking.

In 1992, Johnny decided to open a restaurant that mirrored the experiences he had in his grandmother's kitchen. Johnny wanted the patrons of his business to experience the same sense of family, contentment, and abundance that he experienced in his grandmother's kitchen those years ago.

In order to provide this experience, Johnny knew he would have to provide a product that would live up to the exacting standards of his grandmother.
